EarthboundOrganics is a British manufacturer of
Organic Facial Creams, Soaps, Body Oils and Skin Toners. The force behind Earthbound
Organics is Jo Ordonez Sampson. She
trained as a biologist before researching the herbs, oils and plants that she would use in
our range of natural and organic skin care products. In doing so she travelled to
Spain, Mexico Guatemala, Columbia and Egypt and somehow also managed to qualify as a
Aromatherapist. Jo believes in a "Hands on Approach" and can be seen filling the
jars manually which is the way we prefer since we make all our products in small batches
to ensure that our recipes are faithful to Jo's original formulations.
Most of the ingredients used are certified organic and wild crafted; all of them are natural. We hand pick many of out ingredients from the hedgerows and the Welsh countryside including: Elderflower, Plantain, Ivy, Comfrey and Hypericum. Those not indigenous to Wales are bought from approved organic herb suppliers. Jo believes it is extremely important that what we put on our skin is pure and natural since it will be absorbed into our bodies. Thus it is the high quality and purity of our ingredients that are the most important part of our production.Significantly we don't add in any chemical preservatives such as alcohol (organic or not), or any of the parabens. All our ingredients are listed and will be recognised as ingredients found in any kitchen and herb garden. It is this and the simplicity of her recipes that feed and nurture the skin leaving it glowing with health and vitality.
Our facial and skin creams are made up of over an old fashioned stove which gives the ideal gentle heat necessary to blend the oils, beeswax, herbs and rosewater or orange water. The main oils used are cold pressed, organic sunflower and cold pressed, organic olive oil as well as Organic Jojojba oil and unrefined Avocado oil. They are rich in vitamins and minerals which are beneficial and enrich the skin. Most of the herbal oils e.g. Carrot, Hypericum, Calendula, Chamomile, Arnica and Lemon balm are made using cold absorption which ensures maximum infusion of the properties of the plants. Beeswax is used in all the creams and has been tried and tested throughout the centuries, cannot be truly replicated and is 100% natural. The Rosewater and Orange water act as mild antiseptics and are believed to help in the battle against the onset of wrinkles.

General Conditions
Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you. Those

Payment
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card which is processed by Worldpay on our behalf and ensures maximum security of the processing system.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on
"Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We do not make a handling charge. Shipping is at cost and is based on the number of items ordered. There are 4 shipping zones; United Kingdom, Rest of the EU, North America and Rest of the World. Shipping charges are automatically added to the total value of the goods ordered.
We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Earthbound Organics, The Toll House Dolau, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5TL, in their original packing and in their original condition.
Earthbound Organics will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Worldpay. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
