I have more aches and pains as I get older, and rely on the beneficial effects of this balm to keep moving. It is most useful when I have overdone it in the garden or walking the dogs, relieving the pain and stiffness enabling me to carry on without using pain medication. Great stuff.

Perfect for lower back ache….very soothing and you don’t need to use too much so tub lasts for a good while. Recommend 👍🏼

I have tension on the tops of my shoulders; as too tension in my calf muscles. This balm works like magic! Within two days of applying this balm to the affected areas, the tension eases considerably or in the case of my calf muscles, completely disappears. N.B. please do not be put off by the smell - this balm is a godsend to tense muscles!
