Description

A wonderful balm for bumps, bruises and sore muscles. It works well on muscular tension such as that found in the neck and shoulders. Arnica is well known for is help in preventing bruising, hypericum works as an anti-inflammatory and often used to treat sciatica, low back pain and muscle aches, ginger - anti-inflammatory sometimes used to treat arthritis, Both Rosemary and Marjoram work well on muscles post exercise, Camphor is warming and Tumeric a powerful anti-inflammatory and with pain reducing effects.  N.B. Should not be used on broken skin.

Works for me.

This barm is fabulous

This barm is fabulous.I had a hip replacemet in April and was suffering with a very stiff thigh muscle this balm soothed and reduced the stiffness practically over night! Back to walking 4miles a day🤸‍♂️

Love this wonderful balm!

I apply this wonderful balm most days to my lower back and knees as I exercise regularly and it just feels so good and soothing on. It melts into my skin and is warming and non greasy. I really love its unique fragrance and like all of Earthbound Organics products it’s beautifully packaged,I love them! and I adore that everything is handmade with beautiful organic ingredients.
