Skincare Story
It all began in 1996 when Jo and her family travelled to the mountains of Northern Spain, and ended up living in a small mountain village of 20 inhabitants. Marjoram, thyme, calendula & juniper grew wild, and Jo learned to make basic macerated herbal oils and wax balms. Thank goodness for her background in biology and aromatherapy! They returned to Wales a year later, and Jo was inspired and to create a few creams, which would later develop into the full Earthbound range. She received a small grant and lots of advice from The Prince’s Trust, to whom she remains eternally grateful.
Organic Skincare Ethos
Jo believes that what goes on our bodies also goes in, which is why Earthbound products are of the highest quality and purity, and don't contain any chemical preservatives such as parabens. All our ingredients are listed and will be recognised as ingredients found in any kitchen and herb garden. Is it this simplicity of ethos and ingredients which has created a skincare range to leave skin glowing with health and vitality.
